Mail ballots for the November 6, 2012 Presidential Primary Election will be available in the fall. Check back here for more information.

Apply as early as possible to make sure you receive your ballot in time to vote. Your ballot must be postmarked no later than the day before Election Day and received at the Cook County Clerk's office within 14 days after Election Day.

Early Voting

Beginning in 2006, Early Voting has allowed Illinois voters to vote weeks before Election Day without requiring a reason or excuse. There are more than 40 Early Voting sites in suburban Cook County. Voters also can choose to cast a ballot through the mail.
